The Janrain Console in China will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Thursday, September 13th, between 11am - 12pm PDT. During this scheduled maintenance event, the Janrain team will be performing an update to the service that supports Customer Care Portal functionality. There may be intermittent downtime of the Console web application during this window; however, if so, it should only be ~ 5 minutes in length.
