Identity Cloud Planned Maintenance - 04 February 2026 Release Notice - Week 06

The Identity Cloud will undergo maintenance on February 4th, 2026 at 17:00 UTC. This maintenance is expected to last ~4 hours and consist of the following changes:

- The Console’s supporting services will be updated to read entity type audit logs from a new location. Also, the middleware for the Console will undergo dependency updates. During this update, the Console and supporting service will behave and operate normally.
- The browser interface for the Console will be updated to address a display defect in the assigned applications for agents with the Registration Experience Manager role and to update dependencies. During this update, the Console will behave and operate normally.
- The Hosted Login Service will undergo improvements to its validation of 2fa codes and address a defect related to “Trusted Devices”. The service will also undergo updates to its dependencies and additional 2fa metrics. The service will remain functional during the update.

* Component Area(s) - The Identity Cloud API documentation for each Component Area and Associated Service can be found on Akamai Techdocs.

* SSL certificates for Akamai Identity Cloud - All public-facing Akamai Identity Cloud endpoints are protected with HTTPS using newer versions of TLS. Akamai closely monitors security industry standards and works to make sure our systems are as secure as possible while maintaining reasonable compatibility with the majority of possible clients. For details, please reference the Akamai Identity Cloud Certificate Authority Policy on the TechDocs site.

* Custom JavaScript - Akamai reserves the right to introduce modifications to the Hosted Login service that may affect the functionality of custom JavaScript code. Impacts to custom JS are not considered service incidents, and it is the customer’s responsibility to revise their custom JS to accommodate changes to the product as needed.
