The Identity Cloud will undergo maintenance on Nov 20, 2024 at 16:00 UTC. This maintenance is expected to last ~4 hours and consist of the following changes:

- Webhooks v3 will be updated to:
- Introduce a new endpoint that returns a high-level status summary of all events that have been generated for a given webhooks subscription in the last 7 days. Public documentation for this new endpoint can be found here: https://techdocs.akamai.com/identity-cloud/docs/retrieve-data-from-the-events-store#view-a-summary-of-events
- Stop collecting events if a subscription has been deactivated for 45 days
- The service will remain functional during this update.

- Configuration service will be updated to fix a number of defects related to flow field configuration. The service will remain functional during the update.

* SSL certificates for Akamai Identity Cloud - All public-facing Akamai Identity Cloud endpoints are protected with HTTPS using newer versions of TLS. Akamai closely monitors security industry standards and works to make sure our systems are as secure as possible while maintaining reasonable compatibility with the majority of possible clients. For details, please reference the Akamai Identity Cloud Certificate Authority Policy on the TechDocs site.

* Custom JavaScript - Akamai reserves the right to introduce modifications to the Hosted Login service that may affect the functionality of custom JavaScript code. Impacts to custom JS are not considered service incidents, and it is the customer’s responsibility to revise their custom JS to accommodate changes to the product as needed.
